Client coverage - Manager / Senior Manager

Direct report to the Head of Client Coverage.
Primary Role
  • Assist in the development of Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
  • Assist in the investors KYC/AML requirements, and regulatory clearances and relevant KYC/AML monitoring for the investors.
  • Assist in the development of the Company’s investor base, capital raising the Company’s investment funds including and not limited to co-investments, segregated accounts, discretionary and non-discretionary investment mandates, and External Asset Management (EAM) business including multi-family office setup.
  • Ensure any client impacting regulatory changes and business changes is communicated to the clients and internal stakeholders in a timely manner
  • Provide support for consistent delivery of top-quality services to achieve the overall business objective of revenue growth for the firm
  • Provides innovative solutions to internal teams & clients. Ensures a strong and robust processing environment with effective controls.
Requirements
  • Singaporeans and PR Only
  • Currently have a relationship with institutional clients / HNW individuals / private bank customers with brokers / commercial banks to engage immediately
  • Knowledge in the real estate industry is an added advantage
  • No minimal academic qualification required
  • Candidate selection will be based on knowledge, experience and network
