LIM SU KIAT

Su Kiat founded Firmus Capital in 2017. He spearheads the firm’s investments and provides key leadership and strategic planning. His rich expertise over 17 years in the real estate industry spans fund management, deal origination and structure, land and retail economics.
Before Firmus, Su Kiat co-founded Rockworth Capital Partners in 2011 and was its Chief Investment Officer. He grew the firm’s portfolio to A$1 billon in Australian commercial assets. Before that, Su Kiat worked at major leading real estate investment managers – as Investment Manager at Frasers Centrepoint Commercial, and as Director of Investment and Deal Origination at Singapore-listed Allco REIT (now Frasers Commercial Trust).

LEONARD LEE

Leonard has been with Firmus since 2019 and leads the firm’s investment and asset management teams. He brings over 25 years of deep experience in fund management, development site acquisitions, and the operations and management of property assets, which includes AEIs.
Before this, Leonard was a Fund Manager at Lendlease Singapore where he managed a portfolio of more than S$3.5 billion for global institutional investors. Previously, he was a Financial Controller at Lendlease Malaysia.

PETER CHAN

Peter runs Firmus’ investment management division. His 15 years of experience in real estate spans acquisitions, asset and fund management.
Previously, Peter was senior vice president at Alpha Investment Partners, the real estate private funds management arm of Keppel Capital. He is also an alumnus of Rockworth Capital Partners, where he undertook both asset acquisition and management functions.

KIERAN WEE

Kieran manages over S$40 million in assets from high net worth individuals at Firmus. He brings more than 20 years of client engagement experience and deep expertise in relationship management, fund raising and project sourcing.
Before joining the private equity real estate industry in 2013, he spent 10 years in wealth management and financial planning, including stints at Manulife and AIA, where he achieved court of the table and million dollar round table awards.
DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR

JAMES KISH

James focuses on the development and asset management of existing and greenfield assets across the commercial, mixed-use and hotel sectors in Firmus. The role encompasses the entire development timeframe: from master planning, feasibility and financial analysis, lease documentation, building contract tender and award, to overseeing construction and the leasing programs.
In previous roles with Westfield, Stockland and the Perron Group, James undertook the identification, evaluation, development and asset management of varied projects.
CORPORATE FINANCE MANAGER

CAROL LECK

Carol is in charge of Firmus’ corporate finance functions and has more than 25 years of experience in financial accounting and management reporting. She holds an Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) professional qualification and is a Chartered Accountant of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants.
Before Firmus, Carol led the accounts and finance team of a local apparel manufacturing and trading company and was in charge of core finance functions for subsidiaries in China, Hong Kong, Vietnam, India and the US. Prior to that, she was the group financial controller of a Singapore Exchange-listed property developer. Previously, she was based in China as a senior finance manager for the subsidiary of an ASX-listed company in the metals sector.

The role encompasses the entire development timeframe: from master planning, feasibility and financial analysis, lease documentation, building contract tender and award, to overseeing construction and the leasing programs. Some of his recent projects include the A$12 million re-development of Altone Park Shopping Centre (for Firmus) and the A$75 million 250-room Accor hotel development of 900 Hay Street and, both in Perth.
In previous roles with Westfield, Stockland and the Perron Group, James undertook the identification, evaluation, development and asset management of varied projects. His experience also extended to the identification, financial analysis and appraisal of investment opportunities, in particular as part of the due diligence process for acquisition, including the identification of key project risks.

She has previously spent over 2 years in China as a senior finance manager for the subsidiary of an ASX-listed company in the metals sector
